Expressions of Interest for External Consulting Services
The Governance & Nominating Committee of Port Cares Board of Directors is soliciting Expressions of Interest from qualified companies and consulting firms to assist Port Cares in the development of a new, multi-year strategic plan.
BACKGROUND: Established in 1986 in Port Colborne, Ontario, Port Cares is a registered charity and not-for-profit that operates as a community hub providing wrap-around social and human services to residents of south Niagara.

Applicants are welcome to submit a Letter of Interest - maximum of 3 pages -by 4 p.m. May 28,2024 via email to boardchair@portcares.ca outlining the following:
-Company / Consultancy Background outlining experience in facilitating strategic plans
-A high-level summary of how the applicant approached strategic plan development
-Three examples of recommended best practices for strategic plan development
-Fee schedule
